 For some web materials like PP/LD/LDPE Bow Rubber expander roll, ,
Slat Expander Rolls or scroll rolls will not work or removing
wrinkles. This Roll comes in diameter 140mm and working if the web
width is more than 1000mm. If web tension is not sufficient to
drive the roll extra drive like sprocket or pulley be given
as
per requirements.

 Bow Rolls are known as Banana Rolls, Spreader Rolls, Curve rubber
expander, useful for removing of wrinkles, slack edges, spreading
and slit separation. Most of the Expander Rolls are driven by web
tension itself without any extra drive. Used in Textile processing
machines, Plastic converting machines, Paper Industries, in
manufacturing, processing, printing, laminating, coating, Batching,
Winding and Re-Winding  .

Slat Expander Roll are available in wooden slat with felt covering
and With aluminum slats available in 6” diameter 8”diameter & 12”
diameter in any working width. Particularly suitable for slow speed
machines like coating cloth coating machines, Flat Bed
Printing machine, artificial leather cloth before Batching machine
etc.

 Air shaft is core-holding device suitable for 3” core
inside diameter & 70mm core diameter. Lugs type Air shaft
is most commonly used for paper or PVC core holding. Square end
Airshaft can be used with safety chucks for winding & winding.
The shaft can take load of 30kgs to 500kgs.
