 Air operated Cloth Guiders are lowest maintenance free cloth
guiders considering other type of cloth guiders like Mechanical,
Electrical or Electronic. Pneumatic cloth guider requires only
normal compressed air without any maintenance cost. Can be used
on chemicals, wet conditions, no chance of electrical shock and
only 2.5 kgs. compressor air pressure is required for operating
the cloth guiders. This type of cloth is suitable for fabric
width up to 24” to 84”.
Cloth Guiders always comes left &
Right and it should mounted on Adjusting frame and the width
increase or decrease one can adjust the cloth guiders manually
by the help of hand wheels provided on both side the adjusting
frame. Two mounting brackets are fitted on adjusting from to
fix the cloth Guiders. Cloth Guiders are used most of the
Textile processing machines and Cloth type fabrics. Basically

double folding machines also. The cheapest cloth Guiders is
mechanical cloth guider, which is having many moving parts and
require frequent service & replacement. Electrical cloth
Guiders are working on 55/65 volts D.C supplied to its
solenoid.
Pneumatic cloth Guiders is having the lower running cost, which
require normal compressor Air that is supplied through Air
filter-Regulator-Lubricator. Light Duty models to Heavy models
are available according to width of fabrics. Cloth Guiders are
very import in cloth processing, printing, Dyeing, Bleaching,
Printing inspection, Batching, winding and rewinding.
